Interim President and Board Member
Karim Kanji joined Netagen as Interim President in 2024, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. With a focus on driving growth and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, Karim is dedicated to positioning the company for continued success.
Throughout his career, Karim has held executive roles such as CEO, CFO, and COO, with a proven track record in managing financial operations, large-scale infrastructure projects, and strategic partnerships. He holds deep expertise in global business management, having successfully led teams across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America.
Craig Broughton
Chief Financial Officer
Craig Broughton CPA, CA leads the Finance and Business Operations functions and is responsible for ensuring business practices are sufficiently robust to support Netagen’s growth and evolution strategy. Craig provides guidance to the management team on financial and operational matters.
Craig joined Netagen in October 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over twenty-five years of progressive management experience holding executive roles in a variety of industries with both global and mid market companies. Over the course of his career, Craig has been responsible for managing financial operations, project delivery teams, sales operations and human resources.
Craig is a CPA, CA who graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Communications.
Rob Cacciottolo
Vice President, Operations
Rob Cacciottolo is responsible for overseeing Professional Services, Customer Support, the Project Management Office (PMO), Information Technology Services (ITS), and internal business systems. In this role, he ensures the seamless delivery of services to clients, driving efficiency and excellence across all departments.
Rob joined Netagen in March 2024, bringing a wealth of experience in both business and technical operations to his position. He has a proven track record of overseeing large-scale critical infrastructure, global support, security compliance, and process development. Additionally, Rob’s experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), further enhances his ability to lead innovative and customer-centric initiatives. His passion for developing teams and coaching individuals to achieve their career goals is evident in his leadership style. Rob’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment has been instrumental in the success of numerous projects and initiatives.
Rob graduated from Centennial College with a diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Costa Chatjiantoniou brings a wealth of experience and a track record of success in sales leadership. Known for his strategic acumen and customer-centric approach, Costa has been instrumental in driving revenue growth and market expansion for many top tier North American companies in his 20 yrs of experience . He excels in building high-performance sales teams and forging strong client relationships. Costa is celebrated for his dynamic leadership style, innovative sales strategies, and dedication to excellence in the technology sector.
Costa joined Netagen in May 2024 – with his fresh look at the company’s long term growth plans into new markets and various strategic partnerships. Our heritage and future are well supported by him and his team.
Greg Curry
Vice President, Client Solutions
Greg Curry is the VP of Client Solutions with extensive knowledge in UC, networking, and design. He has over 35+ years of experience in the technology sector. He has demonstrated commitment to interacting with multi-disciplined professional teams in design, implementation, network integration, and training. A consistent record of achievement with major technology companies and a strong sense of purpose concerning career development are his assets.
His responsibilities include overall ownership of the converged practice including Pre Sales Design, New Product Introduction, Research and Development, Marketing and Digital Transformation.
Sarah Sanftenberg
Senior Director, People & Culture
Sarah Sanftenberg leads the Human Resources and payroll function and provides leadership to the people and culture elements of Netagen’s strategy. She supports the leadership team with a distinct perspective and appreciation that human capital is Netagen’s greatest asset. Sarah is passionate about evolving the employee experience, supporting and nurturing the corporate culture and enabling the business to deliver on its purpose through connecting people.
Sarah joined Netagen in July 2018 as the Human Resources Manager and is now the People and Culture Senior Director. She has over fifteen years of progressive human resources experience with technology and customer service companies. She has a diverse professional background with experience in employee relations & engagement, policy and program development, strategic planning, compensation & benefit and recruitment & selection.
Sarah holds a diploma in Business Administration/Human Resources from Algonquin College.
